01Subscription model
Formcraft is sold as a recurring subscription in US dollars (USD). Plans include a monthly product allowance that resets each cycle and does not roll over. There are no credits, top-up packs or stored balances.
02Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal or by emailing us. When you cancel, your plan does not renew; access and any remaining allowance continue until the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a period that has already started, except where required by law.
03Refunds
Because outputs are generated on demand as a digital service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We will, however, consider refunds in good faith where:
- You were charged in error or double-charged.
- A technical fault on our side prevented you from using the Service for a material part of the period and we could not resolve it.
- A refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.
If a render is unsatisfactory, contact us first — regenerating the concept is usually the fastest fix and is included in your plan.
04How to request
Email support@slddesser.shop from the address on your account, with your account email and the charge date. We aim to respond within one business day and to process approved refunds to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
05Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before opening a card dispute so we can resolve it quickly. Statement charges appear as "FORMCRAFT". We handle disputes and refunds in line with Stripe's processes.
06Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence. Governing law: England and Wales.
