How do I get a good concept?: Describe the product plainly: what it is, who uses it, rough size, one or two materials and a couple of style keywords. The more specific the brief, the sharper the directions.
Can I use the renders commercially?: Yes, within your plan. See the Content License for ownership of your inputs and the licence to your generated outputs.
Are the dimensions accurate?: They are indicative starting points, not certified measurements. Always confirm dimensions, tolerances and materials with a qualified engineer or factory before tooling.
Do you keep my uploaded references?: Uploaded sketches and references are processed to generate outputs and cleared from working storage within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy and Content License.
How do I cancel or get a refund?: Cancel anytime in the Stripe customer portal. See the Refund & Cancellation policy for how the current period is handled.
